Simply click 'Save Response', choose a response name and it will appear in your Saved Responses list for future use.

View a list of previously visited pages including the page URL and title of the page.

See the Footprints list updated live as a user navigates through your web site, and discover how many times a user has previously visited your web site.

Notifications

 Instant Chat Notifications

Don't leave users waiting for a response - receive pop-up notifications when a user starts a chat or sends you a message. Instant notifications are available in the downloadable Windows® operator's application;

Block Users

 Managed User Access

Easily manage which visitors see the live chat option. Block individual users by IP address with one click using the operator's application. Operators can un-block users at any time.

Additionally, you can bulk upload lists of blocked users in the admin panel.

Send documents and other files to chatting visitors without leaving your conversation.

Use the Send File button to select and upload a file, and a link to the uploaded file will be sent as a message to the recipient.
