Easily manage which visitors see the live chat option. Block individual users by IP address with one click using the operator's application. Operators can un-block users at any time.
Additionally, you can bulk upload lists of blocked users in the admin panel.
Send documents and other files to chatting visitors without leaving your conversation.
Use the Send File button to select and upload a file, and a link to the uploaded file will be sent as a message to the recipient.
A copy of past conversations is available in the operator's application.
If you need to send a copy to yourself, a customer or another operator, use the Email Transcript option to send a full copy of message via email.
